Ordering

Step 1: Find Your Product

  • Log in to our website.
  • Browse our products and find the one you need.

Step 2: Add to Cart

  • Click on the product you want to buy.
  • On the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button.

Step 3: Review Your Cart

  • To review your selected items, click the shopping cart icon (at the top right).
  • Make sure everything you want is in your cart.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

  • Review your order details, including the products, quantities, and total price.
  • Make any necessary changes or additions.
  • Click "Checkout" to start the ordering process.

Step 5: Provide Shipping Information

  • Enter the shipping address for delivery.
  • Click on "Continue to Shipping"
  • Confirm Your Shipping Information
  • Click on "Continue to Payment"

Step 6: Payment

  • Select your preferred payment method (UPI, credit card, etc.).
  • Click on "Pay Now"
  • Enter your payment information securely.

Step 7: Order Confirmation

  • After your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order summary in your registered email.
  • The order summary will also be stored in your account for future reference.

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information like your name, proper address, phone number etc. You need to ensure that all information submitted by you is authentic and correct for hustle free services. Also, we value your privacy and will take utmost care to keep your confidential information private.

Orders can be cancelled subject to the cancellation policy. Check cancelation policy in the terms and conditions column on the website

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Address Change After Placing Your Order:

To change the delivery address before your order is shipped please contact our customer care team over WhatsApp at 9051839012.

Please note, your delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.

To update or change your saved addresses:

Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.

No delivery charges are applicable for any shipments made within India. This is subject to our terms and conditions.

Check the Cancelation, returns and refund policy in the terms and conditions column on the website

On payment confirmation we will dispatch the product from the warehouse within 24-36 hours and it may take 2-7 working days for you to receive the parcel, depending on your delivery location.

PAYMENT

We have multiple payment methods available on our website for your convenience, including UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, NetBanking and more.

Please try again in a little while, If the payment is still not accepted please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should be, but you still can't make the payment, please contact customer.care@iruseyewear.com and notify us about the problem.
